Lol. We won't chuck you off. We are glad we could help. Glad hes done a poo. You will notice when the weather changes and gets warmer he will get more active. The good thing is he is eating. Post some pictures of Gimble we would love to see him.

Hes lovely. Such a cute little face. Trouble is Jan you can't see if a tortoise is sick by just looking at it. On the whole he looks fine. He is not much underweight. Take it slowly with the weight gain. He will catch up in the summer. Remember the ratio's are only a rough guide. Aim for 2-3 grams a month. This will help him to grow smooth. Hopefully the poo sample results will come back soon. In the mean time enjoy him hes lovely.
i have to say this but he looks absolutely gorgeous

maybe he's just settling down but if you got him from wher i think (i thought he was sentenced last month?) then the chances are he has been wild caught, just because it states the country of origin as slovenia, it is often the case that they are not actually from slovenia, this is because tortoises can be legally imported/exported from there, if he was wild caught then there is every posibility that he has worms but hopefully it's just a case of "settling down", it's possible that he has had a rough journey into this country
