Is that a hatchling or bigger tort - what weight is it? Is there something coming from the eye on the right or is it just the picture? Either way this little one needs to get to a vet straight away, regardless of Bank Holiday I would have said. Could you give an idea of where the tort is from (pet shop, contry of origin etc) and the species - greek really does not mean anything (should say on the papers - yellow article 10 cert). Meanwhile keep it well away from any other tortoises - how are you keeping it? Sorry to look nosey but this little one appears to be in a bad way and answers to various questions may just help with its recovery.
Hi,
You need to seek out a vet's help with this. From the photos it looks like there's a bit of discharge on the eye  What species of tortoise is this and how are you keeping him?

its a hatchling. almost 3 cm long. i will search a vet tomorrow, but i have to travel al least 300 klm to find one in the nearest town.. i will thought. i took it from a friend. no papers, so no yellow papers. i will ak him to give me the papers the next time. i keep it in a turtle table. homemade, with paper towel to keep the humidity, reptisun10 uv lamp, ceramic heater, and a little bowl of water but it cant get in. if you need more information about it just tell me. could it be healed?
i will try to forcefed it today. what else can i do before go to the vet. tomorrow i ll buy calcium suplemenets.
Oh I see, so you are not in UK - sorry my mistake. You likely do not need papers.
From what you are saying, you need to alter the humidity - paper towels are not a good substrate as they will draw moisture away from the tortoise and therefore contribute to dehydration. It needs to have a bowl of water big enough to get into so that it can take the opportunity to soak and to empty its bladder at the same time - water is most important and I would soak this little one several times a day in a dish of warm water deep enough to cover the plastron or bottom of the shell. Splash some of the water onto the eye area too and if possible get some artificial tears (sold for humans) to use until you get to a vet. Make sure that the area it sleeps in is humid too to assist with the eyes opening. In nature baby tortoises stay under cover of plants where there is more moisture.
Don't try to force feed it as water is the most important thing right now. To force feed at this stage could make the problem worse. Make sure the basking heat is at 30 - 32 degrees. If not then change the ceramic bulb to a normal household spot light which will entice it to the area too. Gently bath the eyes with warm boiled water to which a tiny pinch of salt has been added. Do you have anything like codlivedr oil capsules there (human food supplements). If so then stick a pin inot one and squeeze a tiny drop onto each eye. This is only a temporary thing until getting to the vets. If you can get hold of gentamycin eye drops this will help with any infection without being too harsh.
Always think of what tortoises would have in nature and try to mimic this in captivity.

Please please dop not force feed him, this will only make matters worse right now. Carrot is not a good food and if he swallows a solid piece it will not be digested. Normal lettuce is not a good food either, Cos lettuce is fine but do not feed iceberg lettuce to him. Try to find leaves growing wild, have a look here for some illustrations on correct food for Med tortoises
