ello we are getting a baby tortoise soon from TICKANDTOCK
so thought ide pop on here and have a look around and its real nice in here
just ordered a hutch, solor glo bulb, clamp lamp so wont be long
"TICKANDTOCK" what kind of bowl will we need ? and anything else ya think ?

Hi Nic and welcome to tortoise world.
The only thing you will need is a shallow little dish so the tort can have a drink or bath in. I have 1 here you can have so you don't really need anything else i don't think. When you get the tort you will be able to see what i use so that will give you ideas.

Hi I agree with Paulette here. Feeding bowls are not essential, in fact they can soon lead to overfed tortoises with resulting deformities
I spread my torts food around, so they have to work to find it and build up healthy muscles instead of converting to fat
