does it have the same effect on torties though?
hi sue.watched a programme once where they used it.it was a waste of time.didnt stop the slugs.
re-read the product info :rolleye: static charge! i was thinking of taping it across the top of the walls to keep the cats away but it's children and pet safe so i don't think i'll bother now lol
Hello
Sorry to say I bought 4 rolls and it does not work its C**P
I put it round pots and planters ect and it seemed to encourage them , as in the morning the plants were ruined and there was a few slug/snails sleeping it off on the copper bands.

Also beware of SLUG STOPPER granuals
(being sold 2 for 1 in most stores )
This just turns into a gooie mess when wet but has no affect on stopping them.:snail:

Bob
thanks all. I've decided to carry on doin what i've been doin
lob 'em over next-door's, and the cats? well... just keep a jug or water handy :innocentwhistle:

:slug::slug::snail::snail:Big Grin And me I have enough of them without any help from neighboursBig Grin:snail::snail::slug::slug:
we have lots of slugs but i hardly have any plants so im not fussed Smile do they bother torties?
i wouldnt say they bothered them but if you have tortoises that are not allowed to eat them then they can be a problem.if you have redfoots etc then its ok as these can eat them.i am sure sue or josh will explain it better than me.
