Hi Sue. How is Thursday doing now?.

she is doing just great and i don't think she wants to hibernate this year? all my others have really slowed down but not her, only trouble is that she eats lots of grass :rolleye: i've never seen my other adult hermann's do this, she's like a little lawn mower and she prefers grass to the weeds and flowers i give her!! she has a lovely character and she's like a spring chicken for a geriatric

Great stuff Sue. What you said made me laugh about her being a little lawn mower. It is a bit strange for her to be eating so much grass. Have you told her that she is a hermann lol.

Sue! Glad to hear Thurday doing so well, could you send her here as my grass could do with a trim.

i think that was all she had to eat for a few years and she's just got used to it? she likes campanula (what tort doesn't) and i've seen her eating nipplewort but other than that, it's dandelion and grass :rolleye:

She will get there Sue. It's hard to change them when they get used to a certain diet.

to be honest, i'm not really bothered with completely changing her diet, if she was younger i'd be really strict but i think at 74+ years old i'll let her have what she wants and given the last 4 years before she came to me, i think she deserves it
