Has anyone tried grape vine leaves???? They are supposed to be a very good food
. Off to the allotments after school drop off I am sure I saw a vine growing!!!!
I posted a while ago about grape vine leaves!! We have loads growing in the garden, torts love them
Leaves are big and grow into the autum and winter so I use them to bulk up other weeds during colder months

Hi. I have seen it somewhere that they are ok to eat but contain a lot of sugar.
Mine have tried them today, a bit hit and miss. I think if thats the only thing on offer they would eat at a push!!!!

There is not alot of info on grape vine leaves and torts lol but it says if feed in moderation its fine!!! Lots of people seem to use them in their enclosures as they provide good shade and hiding places! Am still looking into it so will let you know what I find out
They are fine to eat Jenny. They should only be fed in moderation though. They contain a lot of sugars.
